Retail online orders within Australia

This policy explains how online orders are processed, packed, dispatched and delivered within Australia.
Maleny Cuisine is a brand owned and operated by Niora Foods Pty Ltd. In this policy, “Maleny Cuisine”, “we”,
“us” and “our” refer to Niora Foods Pty Ltd in connection with the Maleny Cuisine brand, website and online
store.

1. Application

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to retail orders placed through www.malenycuisine.com.au. It should
be read with our Website and Online Store Terms and our Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy.

2. Delivery area

We deliver to eligible addresses within Australia. We do not currently offer international delivery. Availability
may depend on the carrier network, product type, destination and any transport restrictions.

3. Shipping charges and free delivery

Standard delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal of an eligible order is $60 or more after discounts and
before any shipping charge. Orders below $60 are charged the shipping amount displayed at checkout.

    • The free-delivery threshold applies to a single order delivered to one Australian address.
    • Gift cards, wholesale orders, replacement shipments and any products expressly excluded on the website may not count toward the threshold.
    • We may change or withdraw the offer prospectively, but the shipping charge confirmed when an order is accepted will apply to that order.

4. Processing and dispatch

We aim to process in-stock orders promptly on business days. Processing may take longer during weekends,
public holidays, seasonal peaks, promotions, severe weather, stocktakes or other high-volume periods. Any
dispatch or delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
A business day is Monday to Friday in Queensland, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily
processing cut-off, if one is displayed at checkout, are treated as received on the next business day.

5. Carriers, tracking and authority to leave

Orders may be delivered by Australia Post or another suitable carrier. When tracking is available, it will be sent
to the email address or mobile number supplied with the order.
A carrier may leave a parcel in a reasonably safe place where its service permits. If the carrier cannot safely
deliver, it may leave collection or redelivery instructions. Carrier collection deadlines and redelivery charges may
apply.

6. Delivery instructions and unattended parcels

We will pass reasonable delivery instructions to the carrier, but cannot guarantee that every instruction will be
followed. Customers should nominate an address where the parcel can be received or safely left. Once delivered
in accordance with the carrier record, the customer is responsible for promptly collecting and appropriately
storing the products.

7. Correct delivery details

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, postcode, email address and
contact number. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We may be able to amend an address before
dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after packing or dispatch.
If a parcel is delayed, returned, lost or requires redelivery because information supplied by the customer was
incomplete or incorrect, we may charge the reasonable additional delivery and handling cost before resending it.
This does not limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law where the issue was caused by us or our
carrier.

8. Delays, loss and service interruptions

Delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters,
transport disruption, industrial action, peak-period congestion, public-health measures and carrier network
issues. We will provide reasonable assistance using available tracking information and, where appropriate, lodge
an enquiry with the carrier.

9. Glass bottles and damaged parcels

Our products may be packed in glass. If a parcel arrives broken, leaking, unsafe or materially damaged, do not
consume the affected product. Photograph the external parcel, internal packaging, bottle, label and batch or
best-before marking, retain the items until we respond, and contact us as soon as reasonably practicable with
the order number. Remedies are handled under our Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy and the
Australian Consumer Law.

10. Missing, incorrect or returned orders

If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, first check the delivery location, safe places,
household members, neighbours and any carrier collection notice. Then contact us so we can investigate. If an
order contains an incorrect or missing item, contact us with the order number and photographs where relevant.

A parcel returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, inaccessible or incorrectly addressed may be resent
after payment of reasonable additional costs, or refunded less costs we are lawfully entitled to retain. We will
not deduct an amount where doing so would conflict with the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Title and risk

Ownership of products passes when full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery to the
nominated address, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
