From the tangy BBQ Sauce to the fiery Sweet Chilli and Ginger sauce, our delicious range of sauces are all shelf stable with a shelf life of approximately 18 months. Once opened they do need to be refrigerated.
Sweet Chilli and Ginger Sauce
This popular sauce combines Buderim ginger with our sweet chilli sauce for a great flavour sensation. Maleny Cuisine’s Sweet Chilli & Ginger Sauce is great with steamed or stir fried vegetables, fish meat or poultry. It is also superb as a base for dressings, marinades and dips.
Ingredients: Onions, Vinegar, Sugar, Chilli 7% (Acetic Acid), Garlic (Citric Acid), Ginger 0.1% and a blend of herbs and spices
